DICKON MOON - Head of Recruitment
Dickon is a specialist in building and managing multi site, pan European in house recruitment solutions. With over 16 year's industry experience, he has managed some of the largest recruitment campaigns in European technology history on behalf of the likes of Lucent Technologies and Yahoo! As passionate about rugby as he is about recruitment, Dickon is also the Director of Rugby at London Cornish RFC.
JOE PARSONS - Senior Recruitment Consultant
Joe is a hard-working, career-orientated recruiter with a wide range of business experience and skills, gained through eight years working both agency side and in-house. Most recently Joe has been working for Media companies including BSkyB and Yahoo! Joe also has SHL A and B qualifications allowing him to asess candidate suitability through psychometric testing.
JULIAN CONNOR - Recruitment Specialist Consultant
Julian has over 12 years Recruitment and Management experience in full life cycle recruitment. For 6 years he worked as Account Manager, Office Manager in a highly successful Technology recruitment Consultancy based in Mayfair before moving to work on a number of On Site positions as a consultant at such companies as; HP, Energis, MCI WorldCom, BT, CH2M Hill and most recently Betfair.
CAROLINE MORTON - Recruitment Partner
Caroline has been building her experience in recruitment for over 9 years. She has worked for consultancies, specialising in marketing recruitment and then moved to the joys of on-site talent acquisition, in the likes of Diageo, where she recruited across all functions of the business.
